The 2009 Annual Meeting of Members (Annual Meeting) of the Petaluma Area Pilots Association (Association) will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. Pacific time at Papa’s Taverna, 5688 Lakeville Hwy, Petaluma, California, immediately following the annual holiday party. (The holiday party starts at 6:00 p.m. and is a ticketed event. Tickets are $40 each. No ticket is required to be admitted at 8:00 p.m. for the annual meeting.)
At the Annual Meeting, Association members will be asked to:
- elect nine directors to the Board of Directors, each for a one-year term;
- approve new Bylaws for the Association to replace the existing Constitution and Bylaws; and
- consider any other business properly brought at the Annual Meeting.
Members as of 6:00 p.m. Pacific time on the record date, December 5, 2009, are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournment or postponement of the meeting. You must be present to cast your ballot.
